You take short psychometric assessments that build your personal Student DNA report; the platform then matches you to careers that fit you, gives you step-by-step roadmaps, an AI counselor available 24×7, a resume builder, curated internships and hackathons, a student community, plus trackers for academics, skills, goals, money and wellbeing — all in one place.

Sign up at elevate-u.org with your name, email and date of birth (you must be 18+), complete a 2-minute onboarding about your college and course, choose a plan, and start with any assessment. Most students begin with the Personality or Career Interest assessment — each takes about 4–5 minutes. Your DNA report builds progressively as you complete more assessments.

No. ElevateU runs in any browser and can be installed to your home screen in seconds (Add to Home Screen on Android, iPhone or desktop) — no app store needed.

College students and recent graduates aged 18 or above in India — undergraduate, postgraduate, or preparing for placements and competitive exams. It is not for children; we do not accept users under 18.

Two simple plans: ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year (about ₹83/month). Prices include GST. Creating an account is free, but platform features require an active subscription — there is no free tier or trial.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. A GST tax invoice is generated for every payment and is downloadable from your Profile.

Yes. Plans renew automatically — ₹99 every month or ₹999 every year — so your access never lapses. You can cancel auto-renewal any time before your next billing period starts from the Pricing page (Manage subscription); you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Purchases made with a coupon are one-time and don't auto-renew.

All payments are final and non-refundable — cancellation only stops the next billing period, never the current one. If you were charged in error or hit a genuine payment failure (money deducted, plan not activated), write to contact@marshallridgeconsulting.in — verified payment failures are resolved or refunded.

Your plan includes a generous daily allowance of AI messages (50/day fair-use). If you ever need more, optional top-up packs are available: ₹49 for 50 credits, ₹99 for 150, ₹299 for 500. Credits never expire. Most students never need a top-up.

On the pricing page, choose your plan and enter the code in the coupon box before paying. Institution codes are applied on the yearly plan. Discount is applied instantly at checkout.

It's your evolving personal profile built from 10 science-based assessments — personality (Big Five), career interests (RIASEC), emotional intelligence, multiple intelligences, learning style (VARK), work values, character strengths, aptitude and stress patterns. Unlike a one-time PDF from a career counsellor, it updates as you grow and directly powers your career matches, roadmaps and resume.

Each assessment takes about 4–5 minutes; you can pause and return anytime. Yes — you can retake any assessment as you grow, and your DNA report updates with your latest results.

Recommendations combine your assessment scores, your stream/course, and your tracked skills — with a transparent fit breakdown shown for every career so you can see exactly WHY something is recommended. They're a decision aid grounded in established psychometric models, not a verdict; you stay in control of your choices.

Yes. The engine is stream-aware: a Psychology student sees psychology-relevant careers ranked above software roles, a Commerce student sees finance and business paths first, and every career page shows live openings and named certifications relevant to that path.

Career decisions, stream confusion, placement prep, study plans, exam strategy, skill-building advice, resume and interview coaching, and everyday student stress — in the Indian context (it understands CAT, UPSC, campus placements, backlogs and semester systems). It has your DNA report context, so advice is personal, not generic.

Premium includes 50 AI messages per day as fair-use — far more than typical usage. Beyond that, messages use AI credits (1 credit = 1 message).

No. ElevateU is a self-help and career-guidance tool, not a medical or therapy service. If a conversation signals serious distress, the AI stops advice and shows professional helplines (Tele-MANAS 14416, iCall, AASRA). Please reach a professional if you're struggling.

Signup needs only your name, email and date of birth — we don't even ask for your mobile number. Your assessment results, wellness check-ins and trackers are private to your account. Nothing is sold to advertisers, and institutions with bulk licences see only aggregate usage numbers — never any individual student's data.

Yes — ElevateU is built around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act: explicit consent at signup, data stored in India (AWS Mumbai), encryption in transit, self-serve data export and account deletion from your Profile, and a published grievance channel (contact@marshallridgeconsulting.in, 7-day first response).

Yes. Community posts pass a safety filter, anyone can report a post or member, moderators can remove content, and posting is rate-limited to stop spam. No personal contact details are allowed in posts.

Yes, anytime, yourself: Profile → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, including assessments and wellness data.

Yes. Institutions buy seats in bulk (priced per seat + 18% GST with a proper tax invoice for input credit), students activate with a college code, and your placement cell gets a live dashboard of seat activation and engagement at elevate-u.org/institution — aggregate numbers only, never individual student data.
