It does not guarantee any employment, internship, admission, scholarship, salary, exam result or other outcome, and is not professional career counselling, placement, recruitment, psychological or financial advice. You decide and act at your own discretion. This Disclaimer is part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Use, and does not limit any non-waivable right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Guidance and information only — not advice

The content, assessments, "Student DNA" reports, career matches, roadmaps, courses and recommendations on ElevateU are provided for general educational and informational guidance. They are not a substitute for professional career counselling, placement or recruitment services, psychological or psychometric diagnosis, or educational, legal, financial, medical or investment advice. Always seek a qualified professional before making important decisions.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE ANY OUTCOME — INCLUDING ANY JOB, INTERNSHIP, PLACEMENT, ADMISSION, SCHOLARSHIP, SALARY, EXAM RESULT, RANKING OR CAREER RESULT. Any examples, statistics or illustrations are indicative only and are not a promise of results.

3. Assessments and content are indicative and may be outdated

Our assessments use our own original questions and are inspired by established frameworks; they are not the official, validated instruments of any framework and are not clinical or diagnostic. Scores and reports are indicative and probabilistic, depend on the inputs you provide, and may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Information (including opportunities, courses, eligibility and deadlines) can change without notice.

4. Third-party and AI output

ElevateU uses artificial intelligence (the Google Gemini API) and third-party data to generate content. AI and third-party outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, opportunities or services. Listings of internships, scholarships or courses are for convenience only and are not an offer, recommendation or endorsement.

5. No health, biometric or financial-account data; not a crisis service

ElevateU does not collect health, biometric or financial-account data, and does not provide medical, mental-health or crisis services. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency helpline.

6. Assumption of risk and no reliance

You use ElevateU and rely on its content at your own risk and discretion, and you agree you place no reliance on any statement that is not expressly set out in our Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF ANY KIND

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARSHALLRIDGE CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND — DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE, OR FOR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, EMPLOYMENT, DATA, GOODWILL OR PROFITS — arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, ElevateU or its content. This exclusion, the aggregate liability cap (the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or ₹10,000), and the carve-outs that cannot be excluded (including fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury by negligence, non-excludable DPDP Act liability, and non-waivable consumer rights) are set out in full in Sections 11 and 12 of our Terms of Use, and apply here.
